Why didn’t I receive a 2009 Pioneer Calendar this year as part of the fund-raising mail campaign?
The 2009 Pioneer Calendar is an annual campaign to raise funds in support of the Pioneers. As a public not-for-profit charity, we must ensure our fundraising campaigns are as cost effective as possible, so the Calendar Campaign is mailed to those who have supported the campaign or the organization with a financial gift in the past.
Can I purchase a 2009 Pioneer Calendar?
Yes! The calendar is available to all Pioneers. If you have not received the calendar as part of the fund-raising campaign or you have and would like to purchase additional calendars, you may do so for $10 including shipping. Print quantities were limited, so order now before calendars sell out.
How do I order a 2009 Pioneer Calendar?

How can I pay for my 2009 Pioneer Calendar?
Since quantities are limited, we can only accept credit card payment for calendars. This way we can confirm your calendar order is available upon payment.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When will my Calendar ship once ordered?
Once ordered, your calendar will ship within the week it is ordered. It will be sent to you via the United States Postal Service.
What if I require a refund?
Please contact the Finance Department at Pioneer Headquarters at 303-571-9251 and a credit will be posted to your account within 10 business days.

The calendar’s back cover indicates the archives where each illustration resides. Contact information is also listed for each of the archives that provided images for the Calendar. Please contact the archive indicated for the illustration you are interested in.

Why did I get a mailing that reads Reminder when I already sent in a financial gift to the Calendar Campaign?
Mailings are planned weeks in advance, again, to be as cost effective as possible. This allows us to buy mailing supplies in bulk at the lowest rates and to maximize our postal savings. Once the mail plan has started, it is more expensive to remove a letter from a mailing than it is to actually mail it. Thank you for understanding that at times a new fundraising appeal will cross in the mail with your recent gift.
